How do I buy your products?

Inquire to us directly by email or telephone, and give us exactly your specifications of the products. Usually within 2-3 business days, we will send you an email back with an invoice for the goods. To ensure we can supply you with the best price, the invoice we give you will come directly from the manufacturer. 

How do I pay for the invoice?

For most manufacturers it is 50% down payment to start production, and the other 50% is to be paid before you ship the goods out. Lead time are usually somewhere between 15 - 30 days.

What are the sales term for your products?

Always ex-work. You will be required to ship the goods to your location. However, in the case that you do not have a shipper you already work with, we will be happy to give you a quote for a "to-door" service shipping from anywhere you buy from through our shipping partner.

Do you have warranty on your products?

Warranty are usually 1-2 years depending on the manufacturer. However, any initial claim must be made within 7 days after receiving the goods. Replacement are given out to products with manufacturing defects. Not including those borne from natural use, and daily wear + tear. 

What do we do with the goods on site?

Everything that we ship to you will be flat packed as they are imported and needs to be packed to ensure they do not get damaged on the way. They need to be assembled on site by your local technician (not provided).

Are you an architect / interior designer?

If you would like to specify our products in your projects, inquire for spec-sheet and prices. We do not put restriction on usage of these products once they arrived at your location, which means that you can resell them to your customers if you wish to do so.

Are you a business?

If you are interested in becoming a reseller / distributor for our brands, we will check for the availability in your territory for you. As a core part of our business, we also give free consultation on brands - market compatibility and business viability.  This is done so in order to ensure that you start with our brands on the right direction, and remain on target for growth. 

Are you a retail customer?

We will need to first verify your location on your inquiry. If there is already a distributor then we will pass their contact information over to you. If there isn't one, then we will get you a quote for the goods and for the shipping of the goods.

Essentially everything, we have big range of products and their utility is only up to your imagination. They excel that being used as a decorative products in residential and commercial projects, and their design excels at being the center piece of any space.

What other services do you provide?

We are mostly architects and interior designers, so if you need some professional advice in terms of designs and compatibility we will give you free consultation on this matter.

Where can I find technical information of your products?

In the brand page, the logo will click-through to the brand's website. Usually technical sheet are located there, in the case that you cannot find one feel free to write to us.

Where can I see the full catalogs?

In each of the brand page, on the right side, we have the e-catalogs all ready for you to download.

Where can I see the price of your products?

We do not do retail online, and for this reason we are unable to fully disclose the price. Price are always given out only from directly inquiries.
